EMAIL/RESPONSE/PARTICIPATAION
POLICY:
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PAGE AND
LOGIN ARE FOR SSPRS MEMBERS ONLY. THE EMAIL PORTAL LOGIN IS BELOW THE RULES.
This policy states that all team members will check in
twice per month, either by phone call (and leaving a voicemail) or by email stating that they are actively reading emails
and participating in case loads.
The dates of check in will be the 3rd and
24th of each month. Not all emails will warrant a reply however, and if an email is required to have a reply, it
will say so in the upper right hand corner along with the due date. The reply is due by this date and not after.
If this is not complied with more than two times
in a consecutive occurrence, the team member will be conferenced and steps put in place to rectify future recurrences. If
this continues to happen after the conference, then further action up to and including dismissal will be considered.
EXCEPTIONS:
Family illness/family death/loss of power/loss
of phone/loss of cell phone/loss of internet/illness. If any of these occur, please call or email me ASAP and let me know
so I can make a note of it for you.
If more than two occurrences go by where the check
in dates mentioned above are missed, a conference with the team member shall occur. If this conference fails to rectify the
situation, then the team member will be conferenced again with further action possible, up to and including dismissal.
Physical
Meetings:
We hold standardized meetings every
quarter of the year.
Attendance is required and if you are going to
miss, please notify the founder. No more than two missed meetings is acceptable.
