NOTICE:
Please be sure to send your emails to appropriate department. SSPRS does read all emails and we do get
quite a few so please be paitient with us. We will respond to you in the order that your correspondence was recieved.
Please read this directory very carefully before calling us. It will answer your questions nine times out of ten.
Also, the only evidence that can be accepted for review is by email. If you have photos or audio or video you
would like to have analyzed, please have it ready to send via email. Please do not call us or email us asking for us to review
evidence or footage if you do not have the footage or sample to email. We cannot review an item we cannot see or hear.
Please, do not send us fan mail or requests to join TAPS or meet TAPS. Those WILL be deleted.
1.) For General Information:
This is any request that does NOT relate to requesting SSPRS assistance with a case or investigation, banner

*PLEASE NOTE: Please check your junk email folder for emails from
SSPRS. We are not sure why but recently many of our clients are not getting their emails because they are being deposited
into their Junk Mail folders. Please check your Junk folders when seeking replies from SSPRS.**

2.) For Case Requests:
Please be paitient as we do have many cases and
clients at once and it may be up to 1 (one) week before a return call or email however we try to maintain a 48 or less practice
with return messages, but like we have stated, this is not always possible.

4.) To Email Invidual Members:
Normally, emailing of individual SSPRS memebers is discouraged due to the high traffic of email each week. If
you have a request, please email SSPRS@the-atlantic-paranormal-society.com and the email will be forwarded to the appropriate staff member.
5.) EVP Analysis:
If you have an audio recording you wish to have analyzed, please email it as a .wav attachment or mP3 to the
